What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations and refunds (less a $100 US administration fee) will be issued, provided written notice is sent via e-mail to anny@ryortho.com or mailed to RRY Publications by January 15, 2007. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the meeting. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 15, 2007.
